RGR Construction and Roofing completed an entry door replacement and fascia repair at this Wilmington, NC home. The original fascia had visibly deteriorated wood, and removal of the old entry exposed decayed wood at the threshold. Our crew repaired the roofline fascia and prepared the entry opening for a new black door with an oval glass insert and updated hardware. The finished fascia restores a continuous white trim line beneath the roof edge. The project photos document the deteriorated areas and the completed exterior work.
