This canal-front property in Carolina Beach had an older shingle roof with visible patches along several slopes and roof caps. RGR Construction and Roofing removed the old covering, prepared the exposed roof deck, and installed underlayment followed by CertainTeed Landmark PRO Cobblestone shingles. The replacement follows the building’s multiple hips, ridges, and roof intersections, with a consistent gray finish across the completed roof. Before-and-after aerials show the change from the patched roof to the new shingle covering above the waterfront property.
