RGR Construction and Roofing completed a chimney cap replacement for a home in Wilmington, NC following a reported chimney leak. The existing metal cap showed extensive rust around its screened sides, with weathering and staining across the chase cover. Our team documented these conditions and replaced the corroded cap assembly. A new metal top and screened cap now sit above the white-sided chase. The current gallery photo shows the chimney during an earlier stage of the repair, before the final cap replacement.
