RGR Construction and Roofing added a concrete slab beneath this elevated Oak Island, NC, home and spread gravel around the exterior. Early photos show sandy ground below the house. Our crew prepared the slab area with sheeting and reinforcement before placing the concrete, then installed landscape fabric and gravel beside the home. The selected photos show the slab preparation and the finished concrete surface beneath the house. This exterior improvement gives the covered area a solid floor and connects it with the surrounding gravel work. Separate work at the stair landing was still underway in the latest project photo.
