RGR Construction and Roofing repaired the area around an existing vent on a commercial metal roof in Wilmington, NC. Before the work, the old patch was cracked and lifting at the edges, with visible rust around the vent base. Our crew removed loose material, prepared the exposed area, and applied roof cement with reinforcing fabric around the penetration. The later photograph shows the new patch covering the vent base and surrounding repair area. This localized commercial roof repair addressed the deteriorated patch while retaining the existing vent and metal roof panels.
