RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the older dark shingle roof on this canal-side home in Holden Beach, NC. The project included removing the existing roof covering, preparing the exposed decking, and installing CertainTeed Landmark PRO Max Def Weathered Wood shingles. We completed the main roof slopes and the roofing around the home's three front dormers. The before photo shows the original roof above the rear deck, while the completed aerial shows the new shingle pattern, finished ridges, and dormer details.
