RGR Construction and Roofing repaired the roof and upper chimney chase at this Jacksonville, NC home. The work addressed deteriorated sheathing and a corroded metal chase top. Our crew opened the affected exterior, replaced damaged OSB sheathing, installed underlayment and replacement architectural shingles, and reinstated siding on the upper chase beneath a new metal top. The selected photos show the repaired roof area and upper chase, plus the original corroded top. Later project photos show additional siding work at the lower chimney still in progress.
