RGR Construction and Roofing repaired deteriorated boards along the outside edge of this upper-level deck in Southport, NC. Early photos show split, weathered decking and open sections exposing the framing below. Our crew removed the affected boards, laid roofing material beneath the deck edge, and installed replacement wood decking around the existing cable-railing posts. The finished corner view shows the new boards in place beneath the black railing. This deck repair renewed the perimeter of the outdoor seating area while retaining the surrounding decking and the home's existing cable railing.
