RGR Construction and Roofing is restoring this Wilmington, NC home after fire damage affected the roof framing and interior materials. Work has progressed from removal of charred roof components and interior demolition to rebuilding roof rafters, replacing roof decking and installing shingles. Later photos document open interior framing with new insulation being installed in wall and ceiling cavities. The selected aerial views show the change from the cleared structure to new roof framing. Interior restoration remains in progress, with additional finishes still to be completed.
