RGR Construction and Roofing repaired the low-slope roof on this Wilmington, NC brick home after a reported roof leak. The existing flashing had visible gaps and weathered coatings at the wall junction. We removed the old roof covering, installed new plywood decking, and applied a CertainTeed Flintlastic roofing system with a Moire Black SA cap sheet. Custom copper flashing was fitted along the brick wall, corners, and roof edges. The completed work shows a new granular roof surface with copper detailing around the projecting masonry and beneath the windows.
