RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the existing dark shingle roof on this two-story home in Sneads Ferry. The roof includes intersecting gables, a dormer above the garage, a front porch roof and a lower rear roof. Our crew removed the old roof covering, prepared the exposed wood deck, and installed underlayment before applying CertainTeed Landmark AR Charcoal Black shingles. The completed shingles create a coordinated dark finish across the roof slopes, with matching caps and finished transitions around the dormer and roof penetrations.
