RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the weathered shingle roof on this canal-side home in Holden Beach, NC. We removed the existing roofing, prepared the exposed roof decking, and installed underlayment before applying CertainTeed Landmark PRO Max Def Cobblestone shingles. The finished roof has a consistent gray shingle pattern across the main slopes and the front porch roof, with completed ridge caps and vent details. Before-and-after aerial views show the change from the older roof covering to the new Cobblestone finish.
