RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the brown shingle roof and skylights on this home in Southport's Indigo Plantation community. We removed the old roof covering, prepared the plywood decking, and installed underlayment before applying CertainTeed Landmark PRO Cobblestone shingles. Skylight installation was completed as part of the roofing work, with new shingles fitted around the units and adjoining roof sections. The finished gray roof follows the home's intersecting slopes and dormers, creating a coordinated appearance above its blue siding and white trim.
