RGR Construction and Roofing patched a ceiling opening in a bedroom at this Oak Island, NC home. Before the repair, a rectangular hole beside the ceiling fan exposed the framing above. Our crew closed the opening with a drywall patch and applied joint compound across the repaired area. The after photo shows the opening covered and the patch extended into the surrounding ceiling surface. This localized drywall repair addressed the open section while retaining the existing ceiling fan and room layout.
