RGR Construction and Roofing completed an asphalt shingle roof replacement at this Caswell Beach, NC home. Our crew removed the existing shingles to expose the OSB roof deck, installed underlayment and laid new architectural shingles across the main roof and dormers. The project records identify the selected shingles as Landmark Solaris Graphite. Finished aerial photos show the new gray roof covering, capped ridges and the areas around the brick chimney and roof penetrations. The completed roof complements the home's blue siding and white trim.
