RGR Construction and Roofing repaired and reroofed a brick townhome in Sunset Beach, NC. Our crew removed the existing shingles, opened the roof edge and replaced sections of roof decking before installing underlayment and Owens Corning Oakridge shingles. The completed roof shows architectural shingles, a capped ridge vent and flashing around the plumbing penetrations.
