RGR Construction and Roofing repaired the deck-facing exterior of this elevated home in Oak Island, NC. Opening the wall revealed deteriorated sheathing around the windows. Our work included a new lower-wall beam, framing repairs, replacement plywood sheathing, and housewrap before the siding and trim were installed. The exterior was then painted to match the home's blue siding and white trim. The finished wall brings the repaired areas back together around the windows and entry door, with the concealed framing work documented during construction.
