RGR Construction and Roofing investigated a roof-to-wall flashing concern at this brick home in Wilmington, NC. The initial photos show stepped metal flashing where the garage roof meets the taller brick wall, with dark staining below the gutter end. Our crew later opened a localized section beside the dormer to carry out the repair. The gallery shows the original flashing detail and work underway at the same roof intersection. A finished repair view is still needed to document the completed condition.
