RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the existing shingle roof on this single-story home in Oak Island, NC. During tear-off, our crew exposed the wood decking and opened sections of the roof as part of the preparation work. We then installed underlayment and CertainTeed Landmark PRO Max Def Colonial Slate shingles across the main roof and adjoining section. The completed aerial view shows the new shingle covering and finished roof edges above the home’s turquoise siding. Paired with the earlier exterior photo, it documents the change from the original roof to the completed replacement.
