RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the shingle roof on this Leland, NC, home. The original three-tab roof had missing shingle tabs and visibly patched areas along the slopes. Our crew removed the old roof covering, exposed the wood decking, and installed underlayment before laying CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Colonial Slate. The completed roof has dimensional shingles across the gables and garage, with matching ridge caps and finished details around the vents. The before-and-after views show the change from the uneven older roof surface to the new gray-toned shingle finish.
