RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the existing shingle roof on this single-story home in Sneads Ferry. Our crew removed the old covering, prepared the exposed roof deck, and installed underlayment before applying CertainTeed Landmark Georgetown Gray shingles. We completed the long roof slopes and capped ridge, fitting the shingles around the roof vents, pipe penetrations, and metal chimney. The finished roof has a consistent gray appearance across the main roof and adjoining gable, with the selected photos showing both the overall result and the detail around the chimney.
