RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the dark shingle roof on this single-story home in Wilmington. We removed the existing roof covering, replaced sections of plywood decking, and installed underlayment before applying CertainTeed Landmark PRO Georgetown Gray shingles. The finished work includes a continuous capped ridge and shingles fitted around the roof’s pipe penetrations. The new gray roof gives the home a coordinated finish above its beige siding and white trim, with the completed slope and rear elevation showing the result from two perspectives.
