RGR Construction and Roofing replaced the existing gray shingle roof on this raised home in Emerald Isle. The work included removing the old roof covering, preparing the deck, and installing underlayment before applying CertainTeed Landmark PRO Cobblestone shingles. We carried the replacement across the main roof, front porch gable, and lower rear roof, finishing the ridges and roof-to-wall transitions. The new shingles create a coordinated appearance above the home’s beige siding and white decks, while the before-and-after aerials show the complete roof layout and its updated finish.
