RGR Construction and Roofing rebuilt the weathered exterior stairs at this beachside cottage in Oak Island. The original staircase had aging wood treads and white-painted railings. Our crew installed new pressure-treated stair stringers, treads and wood railings, along with replacement boards at the deck entrance. The finished staircase connects the existing raised deck to the sandy path below, with natural wood balusters and handrails along both sides.
