RGR Construction and Roofing replaced siding on the upper chimney chase at this two-story home in Wilmington, NC. The original exterior had painted horizontal siding and corner trim. During the repair, the crew fitted new horizontal wood siding around the chase and worked on the surrounding trim. The new boards are visible in the installation photo, with the wood still unpainted and the crew finishing the detail work.
