We cleaned and prepped the existing flat metal roof, sealed all seams and penetrations, and applied a Mule-Hide 100% silicone coating system. This created a seamless, waterproof barrier that protects against leaks, reflects UV rays, and extends the life of the roof—without the need for a full replacement.
