Condo complex on Lake Washington in Newcastle, WA needed a new roof

This condo complex in a great location near the Seahawks training facility in the Renton, WA area had a worn out shingle roof. And, no roof access! Maintenance had been a nightmare because anyone coming out to clean the gutters needed a crane! We added the roof hatch, then replaced the roof using top tier components from Owens Corning. The residents were kept safe with clear marking and a safety monitor, the crew was tied off to safety harnesses at all times, and the roof turned out great. RoofSmart nailed it, yet again!
