Rooftop Deck using IPE and PVC in Seattle

Existing roof was suffering from leaking, but mostly condensation. We removed everything, repaired the rotten wood, then installed proper thermal breaks. Layered on gypsum board and fully adhered the new PVC membrane before installing new IPE (ironwood) rooftop deck system and railing.
