Warehouse Flat Roof - Torchdown to PVC

Large flat roof with drainage issues replaced in the Tacoma area. Builder owner wanted to keep costs as low as possible so there were minimal upgrades. It was built without secondary overflows for potentially clogged scuppers. Not good.
