We completed a comprehensive commercial roof restoration for a local coffee shop in the Austin area. Our team addressed significant weathering and membrane degradation on the existing flat roof surface by performing critical repairs to damaged sections and sealing all parapet wall seams. We also cleared debris from existing drainage systems and updated vent flues to ensure proper moisture management. To finalize the project, we applied a high-solids white elastomeric coating to create a seamless, waterproof barrier across the entire deck. This restoration included the installation of new metal dome roof drains and upgraded PVC plumbing transitions for long-term protection. The finished surface provides improved thermal performance and protects the structure from the elements for years to come.
