We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation and exterior upgrade for this home in Austin. Our team performed a full tear-off of the aged roofing material, followed by a complete installation of high-performance asphalt shingles and specialized underlayment. We also constructed a custom set of pressure-treated wooden stairs to improve access to the deck and backyard area. To enhance energy efficiency, we integrated LP TechShield radiant barrier panels within the attic space and upgraded the insulation around the HVAC ductwork. We utilized GAF Timberline HD shingles for their durability and classic aesthetic, ensuring long-term protection against the Texas elements.
