Roof Replacement Project in Venice

A complete roof replacement was performed, beginning with the removal of the old system and structural repairs to the underlying wood deck. A new, comprehensive GAF roofing system was then installed, featuring Timberline HDZ shingles in "Driftwood," a full peel-and-stick water barrier, a new ridge vent for ventilation, and all new pipes and drip edge flashing. The project also included the complete replacement of the separate Elite Roofing System. The job concluded with a full cleanup of the property and disposal of all project-related debris.
