A leaking chimney can allow water to work its way beneath the roofing system and eventually into your home. For this San Antonio chimney repair, Rox Roofing removed the existing siding and roofing materials around the chimney down to the wood decking so we could properly identify and repair the source of the leak. We rebuilt and waterproofed the area using the necessary roofing components, installed new metal flashing around the chimney perimeter, and replaced the shingles to closely match the existing roof. New siding was installed where needed, and the entire chimney was painted to give the repair a clean, finished appearance. The result is more than a surface repair. The chimney and surrounding roof system were properly addressed to help prevent future water intrusion while maintaining the appearance of the home.
