Regular Cleaning & Maintenance! A deep clean and Rubio Top Coat was all that was needed to go from a little lack-luster to completely hydrated and refreshed. Oiled floors are beautiful and timeless with regular maintenance, with a recommended timeline of every 2 years. Our original installation of this flooring was approximately 2 years ago.
