Completed restoration and renovation of a one-bedroom apartment unit at Gavin Park in Lumberton following a fire incident. Scope included demolition of fire- and smoke-damaged materials, structural and interior repairs, replacement of affected finishes and systems as required, and full interior renovation to return the unit to safe, habitable condition. Work was completed efficiently to deliver a clean, code-compliant unit ready for occupancy by a new tenant.
