Work included removal of aging roofing materials, installation of new underlayment and architectural shingles, repair of deteriorated sheathing, and roof-to-wall sealing to ensure long-term weather protection. Siding repairs consisted of removing damaged panels, replacing with matching materials, and properly installing moisture barriers where needed. Gutter and downspout systems were replaced or repaired to restore proper water flow and prevent drainage issues around the buildings. The project improved structural integrity, enhanced curb appeal, and extended the overall lifespan of the property’s exterior envelope.
