Completed private water main repair and replacement at Forest Hills Manor Apartments in Wilson. Scope included replacement of the damaged private water main and installation of new service lines and saddles feeding up to 16 apartment units. Work involved controlled excavation, pipe replacement, pressure testing, proper bedding and backfill, and surface restoration. In addition, a French drain system was installed around the property to improve site drainage, mitigate standing water, and protect underground utilities and building foundations. Project restored reliable water service while addressing long-term drainage concerns.
