Torch Applied Modified Bitumen Roof Installation

We completed the installation of a high-performance commercial low-slope roofing system, which included the following components: ✅ 4.5" ISO insulation, mechanically fastened over 18-gauge steel corrugated decking ✅ 1/4" per foot rigid taper system, mechanically fastened over the ISO insulation ✅ CertainTeed GlassBase base sheet, mechanically fastened over the tapered insulation system ✅ CertainTeed Flintlastic GTA white granulated modified bitumen cap sheet, torch applied over the mechanically fastened base sheet. ✅ 24ga. Kynar 500 Finished Copings Cap System, cleated and mechanically fastened at top of parapet walls This system was designed and installed to ensure long-term durability, energy efficiency, and superior water drainage performance.
