Torch Applied Modified Bitumen Roof Replacement

We upgraded this building by replacing its aging urethane foam roof with a high-performance commercial low-slope roofing system, which included the following components: ✅ New 5/8 CDX Plywood Roof Sheathing ✅ PolyGlass ElastoFlex SA-V self-adhered base sheet over new plywood sheathing ✅ PolyGlass PolyFlex G white granulated modified bitumen cap sheet, torch applied over the self-adhered base sheet. This system was designed and installed to ensure long-term durability, energy efficiency, and superior performance.
