We completed a comprehensive commercial roofing project at Hollis High School to address widespread water damage and aging infrastructure. Our team performed a full removal of the existing flat roof systems across the school complex, including the auditorium and gymnasium. This work included clearing saturated insulation and preparing the wood fiber deck to ensure a stable foundation for the new installation. We installed GAF tapered polyiso insulation and a white TPO membrane secured with Flexible FAST adhesive for enhanced durability and energy efficiency. During the replacement, we coordinated the relocation of electrical lines and managed the integration of rooftop HVAC units. This project successfully eliminated interior leaks and restored the long-term integrity of the school’s facilities.
