Repair leaking roof at chimney. Installed new step and counter flashing around the perimeter of the chimney along with new shingles and waterproof underlayment. Fabricated and installed a new 24 gauge metal chimney cap. Lightly washed brick. Sealed brick with silicone spray sealant. Reinstalled existing flue caps.
