Remove old masonite siding, Install new housewrap vapor barrier. Replace all windows. Cap all windows, doors, and, garage doors. Install new gutter, downspouts, and gutter covers. Fabricate and install new metal chimney flashing on lower roof. Fabricate and install new chimney cap. Install new soffit and cap facia boards. Install new shutters. Install new gable vents.
