We completed a full garage floor transformation for this residential space in Sioux Falls. Our team performed extensive surface preparation by grinding the existing concrete with industrial-grade equipment to ensure a clean, porous profile for maximum adhesion. We applied a durable base followed by a full broadcast of decorative grey and black flakes to create a uniform, textured finish. The project was finished with a high-performance topcoat to protect against future stains and wear from vehicle traffic.
