We completed a full concrete restoration and coating project for this residential patio in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the existing surface by grinding away old, peeling material and repairing several prominent cracks in the substrate. We carefully masked the surrounding siding and doorways to ensure a clean application across the entire outdoor living space. We applied a durable, speckled coating in the Fuzzy Wool finish, providing a uniform and slip-resistant texture. This system replaced the stained and damaged concrete with a high-performance surface that integrates seamlessly with the existing paver borders and stone pillars. The final result offers a rejuvenated appearance and long-term protection against the elements.
