We transformed this Sioux Falls backyard by restoring an aging, cracked concrete pool deck and patio. Our team performed extensive surface preparation, including grinding down imperfections and repairing deep structural cracks that had formed around the pool coping and masonry columns. We then applied a multi-tonal grey concrete coating to provide a cohesive and durable finish across the entire outdoor living space. We utilized a decorative grid pattern with dark grey accent bands to define the different areas of the deck and complement the home’s brick exterior. The new surface was engineered to be slip-resistant and durable, ensuring a safe area for the swimming pool and covered lounge. This project successfully resolved years of wear and tear, leaving the homeowners with a refreshed and functional backyard retreat.
