We transformed this spacious Sioux Falls garage and its connected stairways with a professional-grade concrete coating system. Our team performed extensive surface preparation using industrial floor grinders and dust extraction to ensure a clean profile for maximum adhesion. We applied the coating to both the expansive garage floor and the interior staircases, creating a cohesive and finished look throughout the entire space. The project featured a multi-step flake system in a gray and white speckled finish, providing a slip-resistant and highly durable surface. We carefully integrated the coating around existing features, including a long linear trench drain and wall-mounted utilities. This new floor protects the concrete from heavy use while significantly brightening the workshop and storage areas.
