We completed an exterior painting and carpentry repair project for this home in Sioux Falls. Before applying the new coating, we identified and replaced several rotting vertical cornerboards and deteriorated wood trim surrounding the front and side entry doors. Our team focused on restoring the structural integrity of the exterior surfaces to ensure a long-lasting finish and proper seal. We performed a full color transition for the horizontal lap siding, moving to a deeper brown tone that complements the existing brick accents and turquoise front door. Our crew utilized professional spraying techniques while carefully masking windows, the foundation, and the composite deck to protect the property during application.
