We transformed this Sioux Falls garage by installing a durable epoxy flake coating system over the existing stained concrete floor. Our team prepared the surface by scraping and cleaning the substrate before applying the multi-layered finish to both the main garage area and the interior basement stairs. We used a mottled gray, black, and white speckled epoxy flake finish that provides a slip-resistant and easy-to-clean surface. This upgrade included the main floor, the steps leading into the home, and matching baseboards for a seamless and professional look.
