We completed a comprehensive concrete coating project in Sioux Falls, covering both the garage floor and the exterior entry steps. Before applying the finish, we repaired significant surface wear and peeling on the concrete stairs to create a stable, uniform surface. We also addressed the garage floor, carefully working around the integrated trench drain and existing cabinetry to ensure full coverage. We applied a multi-layer decorative chip coating in a speckled finish, which provides a durable, slip-resistant surface for both interior and exterior areas. This high-performance system protects the concrete from moisture, road salts, and automotive fluids while significantly improving the curb appeal of the home’s entrance. The finished project delivers a cohesive, clean look that stands up to heavy daily use.
