We completed a comprehensive concrete coating project for a residential garage in Tea. Our team prepared the existing concrete slab by using a walk-behind floor grinder to remove surface imperfections and create an ideal profile for material adhesion. We thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the entire area to ensure a debris-free surface before beginning the application process. We installed a multi-step decorative flake system using the Coyote style one-quarter inch decorative chip. This process resulted in a seamless, speckled gray and black finish that covers the floor surface and integrates with the existing expansion joints. The final outcome is a durable, easy-to-clean floor that provides a significant functional upgrade to the garage space.
